The Motueka Sunday Market is difficult to clearly define; it is a combination of a farmers market, a craft market, a second-hand market as well a great place to eat, relax and enjoy time with friends and family. The Motueka Sunday Market is an iconic tourist attraction in central Motueka attracting tourists and locals alike. The Motueka Sunday Market runs each Sunday 8am – 1pm, 50 weeks a year and is a must-do activity while in the Nelson province. Please note we do not operate on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday. Whether you want to stock up on fresh fruit and vegetables direct from the orchard or market garden, gourmet cheese, freshly baked breads, craft items, jewellery or second-hand bric-a-brac, the Motueka Sunday Market has something for everyone.
